By downloading or using Wandr, you agree to these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Wandr is a travel social application that allows users to plan trips with AI, journal their travels, and share their adventures with a community of explorers. Wandr is operated by Wandr Travel Pty Ltd ("Wandr", "we", "us", "our").

You must be at least 13 years old to use Wandr. By using the app, you represent that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you should have parental or guardian consent to use the app.
To use most features of Wandr, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

You agree to use Wandr only for lawful purposes. You must not:
You retain ownership of the content you post on Wandr (photos, videos, posts, journal entries). By posting content, you grant Wandr a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content within the app and for the purpose of operating and promoting Wandr.
You are solely responsible for the content you post. You represent that you have the right to post the content and that it does not violate any laws or third-party rights.
We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms or that we deem inappropriate, at our sole discretion.
Wandr uses artificial intelligence (powered by Anthropic's Claude) to generate travel itineraries, suggestions, and assistant responses. Please be aware that:
Wandr integrates with third-party services including Google Maps, Ticketmaster, and booking platforms. Your use of these services through Wandr is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of third-party services.
Links to external websites or services within Wandr do not constitute endorsement by us.
The Wandr app, including its design, logo, name, and all content created by us, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our intellectual property without our written permission.
Wandr is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:
Travel involves inherent risks. Wandr is a planning and social tool and is not a substitute for professional travel advice, insurance, or official government travel advisories. Always check your government's travel advisories before travelling.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wandr and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, or personal injury.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of Wandr shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim (or AUD $100 if you have not made any payments).
You may delete your account at any time through the app settings. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, without notice and at our sole discretion.
Upon termination, your right to use Wandr ceases immediately. Content you have posted publicly may remain visible for a short period during the deletion process.
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via the app or email. Your continued use of Wandr after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of Wandr shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland, Australia.
