How do I reset my password?

On the login screen, tap "Forgot password?" and enter your email address. You'll receive a reset code within a few minutes. Check your spam folder if it doesn't arrive.

How does the AI trip planner work?

The Wandr trip planner uses AI to create personalised day-by-day itineraries based on your destination, travel dates, budget, style, and interests. Simply chat with the planner and it builds your trip in real time.

Can I edit my itinerary after it's generated?

Yes — use the "Refine with AI" button at the bottom of your itinerary to make changes via chat. You can also ask it to swap activities, adjust the pace, or change accommodation options.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Profile → Settings → Delete Account. This will permanently remove your account and all associated data within 30 days. This action cannot be undone.

Why aren't my posts showing in the feed?

Posts may take a moment to appear. Pull down to refresh the feed. If the issue persists, try logging out and back in. If you're still having trouble, contact us at the email above.

How do I report a bug or inappropriate content?

To report a bug, email us at support@wandrtravel.app with a description of the issue and your device type. To report a post, tap the ••• menu on the post and select "Report".

Is my journal private?

Yes — journal entries are private by default and only visible to you. You can choose to share individual entries to your feed if you want to.

How do I cancel a message request?

Go to Messages → Requests tab. You can decline any pending request there. Accepted conversations can be deleted by swiping left on the conversation.
